Is MONOCON's service free to use?
Yes, quote requests and consultations with MONOCON are free of charge. No fees are charged beyond the quoted price. However, for prototypes not intended for mass production, the minimum quote is 90,000 JPY.
What types of products and parts do you handle?
We handle a wide range of products including metal parts (casting, forging, machining, stamping, sheet metal, etc.), plastic parts, and advanced materials. While we specialize in fasteners (screws, bolts, nuts, etc.), please feel free to consult us about other shapes and materials as well.
Can you manufacture overseas?
Yes. Leveraging our global network of 20+ locations, we can arrange production at optimal manufacturing facilities in Asia (China, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.), North America (USA, Mexico), and other regions.
Do you handle small lots and prototyping?
Yes, we accommodate prototyping and small-lot production. However, for prototypes not intended for mass production, the minimum quote is 90,000 JPY. We primarily serve companies aiming for annual transactions of 1,000,000 JPY or more within a few years.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
It typically takes 1 to 2 weeks to provide a quote, depending on the project scope and complexity. Please contact us if you have urgent requirements.
How do you manage quality?
We maintain robust quality management systems certified under international standards including ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949. Our quality control covers every stage — from in-process checks during manufacturing to final inspection before delivery.
